Dubai and selected European destinations
Dubai dry food shipping has an estimated delivery time of 5–7 working days. Listed European routes have an estimated delivery time of 10–15 working days. Select a supported destination in the calculator and confirm the final arrangements with the team.
How dry food weight is charged
The current dry food calculator uses a minimum billable weight of 10 kg. Below that weight, the minimum service price applies. Above it, the charge uses the relevant additional-weight rate and rounds billable weight up to the next whole kilogram. Weigh the parcel after packing.
Check contents before packing
Give the team a complete list of food items, quantities and values. Leaves and liquids, including oil, are not accepted under the dry food service. Faxtdrop does not currently offer frozen shipments. Confirm acceptance of your exact items and destination before paying for packing or arranging local transport.
Packing and recipient details
Ask the team about suitable packaging for your accepted food items. Provide a complete delivery address, postcode or ZIP code where used, and a working recipient phone number. Confirm the service, any packing charge, parcel handover and the estimated schedule before booking.
Customs and delivery estimates
Online estimates exclude customs duties and taxes. Destination checks and service conditions may affect acceptance or delivery. The team must confirm the final booking details; a rate displayed by the calculator is not a guarantee that an item will be accepted.
Frequently asked questions
Can I send less than 10 kg of dry food?
The calculator accepts smaller parcel weights, but the minimum service charge is based on 10 kg. Confirm the parcel’s acceptance with the team.
Are oil or other liquids accepted?
No. Leaves and liquids, including oil, are not accepted under Faxtdrop’s dry food service.
Do you ship frozen food?
No. Faxtdrop does not currently offer frozen shipments.
