Partner Network Terms

FAXTDROP NAIJA LIMITED (RC 1887524), trading as Faxtdrop

1. Parties and relationship

These terms are between FAXTDROP NAIJA LIMITED (RC 1887524), trading as Faxtdrop and the approved individual or business referring customers. They supplement the Customer Terms for services you personally book. You must be at least 18, provide accurate identity and business details, and have authority for a business application. The Partner Network is an independent referral programme. Registration does not create employment, a franchise, a legal partnership, an exclusive territory or authority to bind Faxtdrop. Any separate agency or handling role requires a specific written agreement.

2. Application, approval and Faxtdrop duties

Apply using your own name and contact details, verify your email, accept the applicable terms and wait for approval. Registration alone does not authorise promotion as an approved partner or establish a reward entitlement. Faxtdrop must communicate the application outcome, provide approved partners with a referral identifier, explain the reward rules, keep reasonable attribution and payout records, investigate disputes and pay verified earned rewards according to these terms. Additional identity or payout verification must be proportionate, lawful and handled securely.

3. Eligible shipments and attribution

Only approved partner referrals for eligible export and import shipments qualify. Within Nigeria shipments, including interstate or local delivery, do not earn rewards. Give the customer your referral code and ask them to provide it before booking; where a form has no referral-code field, including an import quote request, ask Support to record the code against the request before the booking is confirmed. Faxtdrop checks attribution, service, weight, payment records. A missing code can be reviewed using contemporaneous evidence; neither a dashboard count nor an enquiry alone proves a payable reward. Duplicate, invented, self-referred or manipulated orders do not qualify. The same shipment cannot generate duplicate rewards to multiple partners without an express written arrangement.

4. Cargo and dry food reward bands

For Cargo, Cargo Premium, Dry food and Dry food Premium, the reward is NGN 3,000 for each started 10 kg band of the confirmed parcel weight for one eligible shipment. More than 0 kg up to and including 10 kg earns NGN 3,000; over 10 kg up to 20 kg earns NGN 6,000; over 20 kg up to 30 kg earns NGN 9,000; over 30 kg up to 40 kg earns NGN 12,000; over 40 kg up to 50 kg earns NGN 15,000; over 50 kg up to 60 kg earns NGN 18,000. The same pattern continues: NGN 3,000 multiplied by the number of 10 kg bands, rounded upwards. Use the parcel weight confirmed in the accepted booking, excluding separately added pallet weight; a minimum billable charge does not by itself create extra parcel weight. A 10.1 kg parcel is in the over-10-to-20 kg band. Rewards are per shipment, not per item inside it or per enquiry. Frozen shipping is not offered.

5. Express reward

For an eligible Express shipment, including UK Saver or ARAMEX, the referral reward is a flat NGN 4,000 per eligible paid shipment irrespective of its weight. For example, an eligible 1 kg Express shipment earns the partner NGN 4,000. This is the referring partner reward, not an automatic discount, cashback or payment to the shipping customer. Express does not also earn the cargo or dry food band reward. The confirmed service recorded on the accepted booking determines which reward rule applies.

6. When a reward is earned

A reward becomes earned and available for payout once the referral is validly attributed to an approved partner and successful customer payment for the linked international shipment has been confirmed. Shipment dispatch or delivery is not required. All outstanding active invoices linked to that shipment must be paid; cancelled invoices do not count. An unpaid or fraudulent booking does not earn a reward. Where payment is refunded, disputed or subject to a chargeback, Faxtdrop will explain the specific effect on that reward and use a proportionate, evidence-based decision. Unrelated undisputed rewards will not be withheld merely because another transaction is being investigated.

7. Daily payouts and optional weekly payouts

Earned rewards are payable on a daily payout cycle after successful customer payment verification. Partners may select weekly payouts in their dashboard bank details. The dashboard shows earned rewards, amounts available and recorded payouts. Faxtdrop operations makes the bank transfer to the nominated account and records the transfer reference; the website does not automatically move money. Partners must enter accurate bank and account details and report errors promptly. Saving bank details is not confirmation that the bank has verified the account name. Bank processing, weekends, public holidays or a genuine verification issue may affect receipt; Faxtdrop will communicate material delays and their reasons. A recorded payout reference is an operations record; contact Support if funds do not arrive. Faxtdrop will provide a payout breakdown and identify legally required tax deductions and supporting records. No undisclosed payout fee or minimum threshold applies.

8. Your marketing and conduct duties

Describe only the services, prices and conditions approved by Faxtdrop. Disclose that you may earn a referral reward. Do not promise guaranteed delivery, clearance, insurance, a fixed customer price or an unapproved discount. Do not present yourself as an employee, licensed carrier or collection agent for Faxtdrop without the required authority. Do not collect customer shipment payments, take custody of goods, open parcels, change invoices, sign contracts or appoint subagents on Faxtdrop’s behalf unless separately authorised in writing. Never ask for a customer password, verification code or payment credentials. Recruitment of other partners does not itself earn a reward.

9. Customer information and confidentiality

Where possible, direct customers to submit their details to Faxtdrop themselves. Obtain an appropriate lawful basis before giving us a prospect name or contact information, tell them why it will be shared, and disclose only what is needed for the referral. Do not buy contact lists, send unlawful unsolicited promotions, impersonate a customer or register an account without authority. Keep referral records and non-public business information secure, restrict access, and report suspected compromise promptly. Use customer data only for the authorised purpose and comply with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Notice. Each party remains responsible for the processing it controls; a separate data-processing agreement is needed if a different processing role is commissioned.

10. Brand permissions and independent expenses

Approved partners may use materials expressly supplied or approved for the programme only for authorised referral activity. Faxtdrop retains ownership of its name, logo, website and materials. Do not register misleading domains or social accounts, alter branding without permission, misuse another person’s intellectual property or imply an exclusive relationship. You bear your own ordinary promotion expenses and tax obligations unless we agree otherwise in writing. Stop using materials when approval ends or on a justified request, subject to preserving records lawfully needed for a dispute. This does not permit Faxtdrop to appropriate your independently owned material.

11. Mistakes, responsibility and disputes about rewards

You are responsible for your own dishonest statements, unauthorised collection of funds, unlawful promotion and other proven breaches. Faxtdrop is responsible for its programme administration, representations, payout obligations and duties imposed by law. Any claim for costs or repayment must identify the transaction, the cause and supporting evidence, allow a reasonable opportunity to respond, and exclude losses caused by the claimant’s own fault. No automatic unlimited indemnity, arbitrary penalty or blanket forfeiture applies. Report an attribution or payout concern promptly through Support with the code and shipment reference; delay alone does not cancel a legally valid claim. Neither party excludes fraud, gross negligence or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Suspension, exit and future changes

You may leave by contacting Support. Faxtdrop may suspend or end approval for fraud, material breach, unlawful conduct or a genuine programme change, giving an explanation and reasonable notice where practicable; an urgent security or legal issue may require immediate action. A proportionate investigation hold must be explained and reviewed. Ending participation does not automatically cancel a reward already earned. Verified rewards for eligible referrals recorded before termination remain assessable under the accepted rules, subject to cleared payment and fraud checks. Reward or programme changes will be dated and communicated prospectively; they cannot retrospectively remove an accrued entitlement.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms, the applicable Customer Terms and any expressly agreed lawful shipment-specific variation form the relevant documents. Nigerian law applies, subject to mandatory protections. Invalid provisions are severable only to the extent lawful. We encourage direct discussion and voluntary mediation, without removing access to a court, tribunal or regulator with jurisdiction. There is no compulsory arbitration or waiver of statutory remedies. Contact Support, support@faxtdrop.com or +234 903 289 5007. Notices and payout communications should use the account contacts; notify us when they change.
